Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Technobuzz Systems, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver top-notch software solutions. We understand that there may be instances where a refund or cancellation is necessary. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for payments made through Razorpay.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payments.
- Accidental overpayments.
- Service cancellations within the stipulated period.
- Non-delivery of services due to unforeseen circumstances.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at technobuzzsystems@gmail.com or call us at 7066666694 within 7 days of the transaction date. Provide the following details:
- Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request
2. Refund Processing
Upon receiving a valid refund request:
- We will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed using Razorpay's refund mechanisms.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Timelines:
- Normal Refunds: Processed within 40-45 business days.
- Instant Refunds: Processed within minutes, subject to eligibility and payment method.
Note: Instant Refunds may incur a nominal fee, as per Razorpay's policies.
3. Cancellations
- Notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service delivery.
- Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund depending on the service agreement.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after service delivery.
- Partial use of services.
- Delays caused by third-party service providers or events beyond our control.
